Whether it's a morning coffee with a mountain view, a sunset drive through the desert, or sleeping under the stars - this bandana is inspired by life's simpler pleasures. Set against a dusty backdrop of Southwestern flora and fauna, this design is one to pair with your most epic outdoor adventures.

As Rachel explained, "So often we miss out on the little things around us everyday, whether that be the little creatures, flowers, or a friendly hello from a neighbor, so with this piece, I really wanted to focus on the little things that make a big impact." Like much of Rachel's work, this bandana design embodies Rachel's positive outlook on the beautiful places, creatures, and plant-life she encounters on her adventures through the Southwest.

Rayco Design (Rachel Jung)
raycodesign.com/

Originally hailing from San Diego, Rachel Jung is an illustrator, graphic artist, and the face behind Rayco Design. Since 2018, Rachel has grown a thriving design business inspired by her love of outdoor adventure (and in her words – “all things dog”). Her incredibly detailed work shines with natural texture and colors that transport the viewer to the epic mountain peaks, river valleys, and canyon cliffs she frequents on her awe-inspiring trips around the country. When she's not creating illustrations of the outdoor lifestyle, she's living it. Most days you can find Rachel, her partner, and (of course) their dogs trailblazing across the US in their converted 4Runner, seeking out dream-worthy vistas, off-grid explorations, and the coolest cozy camping spots you can imagine. Her travels tend to keep her heading back to the desert, a terrain she's always been intrigued and connected with. In her words, "The desert southwest inspires a large portion of my work. I love the plants, creatures, cacti, and just the overall style of art in the Southwest. So much so, that we actually decided to move to Utah this year to fully engulf ourselves in the landscape." We’re stoked to bring Rachel’s adventure-inspired work to life, and we can’t wait to see where she’ll go next!

ALS Therapy Development Institute

Based in Watertown, Massachusetts, the ALS Therapy Development Institute (ALS TDI) is the world's foremost drug discovery lab focused solely on ALS. As a nonprofit biotech, they operate without regard to profit or politics. Led by drug development experts and people with ALS, the lab is funded by a global network of supporters unified to end ALS. Their mission is to discover and develop effective treatments for ALS.

Rachel told us that she chose the ALS TDI because the disease hits close to home for her. Her uncle passed away from ALS 5 years ago, and she saw first hand how horrible ALS can be. There is still so much that is unknown about ALS, and Rachel hopes that these donations can help researchers learn more to find a cure.
