Lisa visited Hawaii for the first time in 2022, and it quickly became one of her favorite places in the world. She hiked the famous Na'Pali Coast on the island of Kau'ai and, as she explained, "It felt like everything just came alive in that moment. The colors were so vibrant: the lush green brush, the blue waves crashing below, and vibrant flowers growing everywhere. It took my breath away. It's a place and memory that I keep coming back to."

Indeed, there are few places on Earth than can rival the majestic scenery of the Na'Pali Coast. This tropical design captures it's beauty in Lisa's signature "travel poster" style, bathing an iconic image of the coast in sunset-inspired oranges, pinks, and peaches. Framed by hibiscus flowers, ferns, and fronds, the design instantly transports you to one of the most beautiful vistas on the planet. This bandana is perfect for your next Hawaiian vacation, or for days spent dreaming of one!

Chicago based Illustrator, designer, and entrepreneur Lisa McCormick is inspired by, as she told us, "moments of joy and wonder." Drawing heavily on her own experiences, Lisa's self-made "travel posters" capture the spirit of places she has visited with vibrant colors and a signature hand-drawn style. Inspired by impressionists, fauvists, and 60's-era designers like Milton Glaser and John Alcorn, Lisa's joyful works have graced countless small businesses, but also household names like PNC Bank, the Chicago Bears, Carhartt, Home Depot, Adobe, Kawasaki, Runner's World and Patagonia. Lisa's lifelong passion for art began with her earliest memories of drawing dogs and horses as a four-year-old. After developing her skills in oil painting at a fine arts studio during her teenage years, she went on to major in Graphic Design in college. While largely self-taught as an illustrator, her diverse artistic experiences have shaped her into the versatile creator she is today. In reflecting on her career Lisa told us, "I'm so grateful to be doing what I love for a living. I've had the chance to work with some pretty amazing brands and people and hope to keep adding a bit of joy and color to the world."

Love One International

In remote regions of Uganda, there is no such thing as 911. When children in these communities become critically ill, their parents feel desperate. This is where Love One steps in.

Love One typically receives cases through referral by government officials, community liaisons, or parents of children who previously received care. Each child is assessed and assigned a level of severity based on their symptoms, overall health, and available resources. Most children brought to Love One would likely die without medical attention so they’re taken to the hospital for immediate treatment. Once children are stable enough to discharge from the hospital, they come to the Love One Center for extended rehabilitation.

Lisa went to Gulu, Uganda in the Summer of 2024 with the Love One team to help film the grand opening of their new children's center. She explained that its was "life changing being there with the kids, and I was so blown away by the work the team was doing at literally saving kids lives." After her experience it was, in her words, a "no brainer to support them and give more second chances at life to those kids in Gulu."
