RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We will gladly accept returns or exchanges of unused items within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it (ie. not signs of wear, no stretching, no marks, no damage to original packaging).
If you would like to return or exchange your item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a return label for your shipment. Please specify in your email as to whether you would like a refund for your return, or if you would like to exchange your return for another available product on our website. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost of your return. If you prefer, we can take it out of the reimbursement or refund of your order - just specify this option in your email.
To complete your return or exchange, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase (email confirmation or packing slip qualify).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved and you choose to receive a refund for your purchase, a refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If your return is approved and you choose to exchange it for another product, we will process the exchange and charge/refund any cost difference to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If it has been more than 10 business days since you received notice that a refund has been approved for your return and haven’t received your refund yet, first contact your bank or credit card company. It some cases it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com. We will do our best to get your refund to you in a timely manner.
Unfortunately, all international orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
